I'll have what Cheney's smoking
Yes, it's predictable, but it's still fit for laughing-and-pointing at the silliness.
Dick "Dick" Cheney says don't blame the Bush crime syndicate* for the country's economic mess:
President Barack Obama constantly talks about the enormous economic troubles that he inherited when he took office in January. Cheney agrees that Obama did indeed come into power amid very difficult economic circumstances. No, "Dick," no one cares why we're in the shitter financially. Of course not. They certainly didn't seem to care on November 4, 2008, did they? They obviously didn't care that Cheney's Gang was handing billions of dollars to the corporate CEOs who supported them through thick and thin (mostly thin). Nope, you've got us there, "Dick," old chum.
But Cheney says he doesn’t think the Bush administration can be blamed for creating the economic woes. Cheney says it’s a global financial problem. He says the idea that fault can be assigned to the previous administration is “interesting rhetoric” but he doesn’t think people care about that.
Why is Cheney even relevant anymore? Can't he just wheel off into oblivion where he belongs?
By the way, I had to laugh at the juxtaposition of the ads on the article (highlighted below). They seem so ... fitting.
* No, he didn't say "crime syndicate;" those are my words. But he should have, to be factually precise.
Then again, when has "Dick" ever been factually precise?
