Brett Hull clarification

So I was talking with my ex-wife today about the picture of me with Brett Hull, and she remarked, "I didn't realize he was so short."

For the record, he's not. I was standing up, he was sitting on a bar stool.

There. I feel better now.

Hockey en Mexico

I mentioned a celebrity encounter downstairs ... and here it is:

As an avid (some might say "rabid") St. Louis Blues fan since about 1992, it was a pretty big deal for me to meet Brett Hull, one of the all time greats in the NHL and almost assuredly the greatest Blue ever. I met him at a bar in downtown Cabo, and he was quite gracious and friendly.

I'm the good-looking one on the left. :)
