Anderson Cooper: drunk or exhausted? You make the call

Well, here's an interesting excerpt from a CNN broadcast this week, where Anderson Cooper repeatedly battles the English language to an impasse. Check out the slurred words and you tell me: was he drunk or just tired? (I know after eight years of Drunky McStagger it's hard to tell the difference, but do your best.)

Because I'm a nice guy, I'm inclined to give Andy the benefit of the doubt here. But ... just, wow.
