McCain is still running?

I see that John McCain's futile gesture of a campaign is buying ad space on Sitemeter. Every so often, if you check blog stats there, you see a banner ad for "McCain 2008," with the eminently forgettable tag line "Experience Money Can't Buy."

Aren't there a number of ways to interpret that, not all of which are positive? Hell, I can't believe McCain is still alive, let alone running for president. His slogan really ought to be "Cheek Pouches Money Can't Buy."
